Badmaash Company is a story of 4 buddies – Karan Kapoor (Shahid Kapoor), Zing (Meiyang Chang), Chandu (Vir Das) and Bulbul Singh (Anushka Sharma) who end up doing a few odd jobs to fulfill their short-term goal of getting rich. Honesty don’t have much to do in their show me the money schemes and they decide to go with the shady deal. Main shooting location for this movie is Bangkok. The film also contains other location such as Mumbai, New York City and Philadelphia.

The four friends initiated a small scale business that was planned to crack the system with a hope of getting them wealthy overnight. On their road to the riches they committed all kinds of sinful and forbidden deeds, but with a legal method. They believed in the fact that every business needed a good scheme rather than huge money.

All actor in this picture has delivered energy-packed performances, that turn out to be a vast trump card for the picture. Shahid embarks upon a dangerous path with his buddies to unleash one shady business deal one after the other. Shahid Kapoor hits the nail on the skull yet for a second time. Look at out for his finding of a pregnant Anushka, and his conflict with her on her discovery of his green card secret. Other scenes where he’s done really perfectly well have to be the ones with Anupam Kher – emotionally strong ones. One-film-old Anushka Sharma who’s trying something different from her first movie (Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, also with the Yash Raj banner) where she played a simple and sweet Punjabi girl, as compared to now – a sizzling aspiring model.

Badmash Company is released in theatres on, the 7th of May 2010. The picture has been directed by Permeet Sethi and is produced by Yash Chopra, Aditya Chopra and Aashish Singh. The music director of the film is Pritam Chakrborty. Many great Bollywood stars have been casted in the movie.

The film ends up providing us with ample doses of enjoyment value, what with a actually well-written script, supported by admirable performances by the cast and rock-solid production values by the makers of the movie! And the best part about the picture is despite carrying the tag of the ‘fun, fresh movie that wants to entertain us’, the film never ends up insulting your intellect, something Parmeet Sethi should be highly praised of.
